Barossa Music Centre is committed in providing the best service possible. Prices may vary due to frequency of price alteration. We do not accept responsibility for any dispute in pricing or specifications on products.

RRP (Recommended Retail Prices) provided are to the best of our knowledge current.

The Sale price is the price that Barossa Music is selling the item for with the exclusion of shipping costs.

Due to the more streamlined process of internet sales, our website prices on products may in some cases be lower than advertised in our shop floor. We believe in and value the personal service and advise by our Barossa Music staff members.

Returns

  • A product may only be returned if the product is deemed to be faulty, damaged or different to the original item ordered. Please select wisely.
  • Any cost incurred in returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days allowing for freight.
  • Proof of sale must accompany the items returned.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging.
  • A returned item that is accepted by Barossa Music Centre will be exchanged or a store credit issued.

Refunds

  • A refund will only be issued at the discretion of Barossa Music Centre and will depend on circumstances of purchase and product.

Shipping

  • Please allow 3 - 14 working days for delivery of goods.
  • Some products may be out of stock when order is placed and my take longer than previously stated.
  • Shipping costs are subject to change for remote area locations.
  • Products with no shipping costs require the amount calculated by Barossa Music Centre once we receive a postcode.
  • Products that are sold as floor stock in some cases may not be packaged in original packaging.
  • We do not accept responsibility for shipping damage once items are signed for as received. Please check packaging thoroughly prior to signing for receipt of items. Please do not hesitate to call Barossa Music Center should a problem occur.

Our privacy policy complies and exceeds the privacy act and 2003 Spam act.

Your personal details are kept strictly confidential by Barossa Music Centre and will not be shared with anyone under any circumstances.

Your details were given to us by you in one of two ways.....

  1. You gave us your details on our web site with the express knowledge we would send you information that interests you from time to time.
  2. You gave your details in store through a purchase or otherwise in a similar vein.

If you wish not to receive information from us regarding upcoming clinics, visiting artists, specials and new gear etc, please e mail us info@barossamusic.com.au and we'll take you of the data base immediately.

We'd hope you view our communications to you as something of value rather than spam.

We take time and effort to try and supply information that we hope interests and inspires you about gear, artists, playing and sales coming up.
